    About the Role: Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a high-earning opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Capital Energy is building an elite Blitz Team, traveling from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas for 10 days each month to sell solar door-to-door in high-demand markets. If you thrive in a competitive atmosphere and are ready to maximize your income, this is the perfect role for you! What You’ll Do: • Travel to Las Vegas for 10-day blitz sales trips each month, with all travel and accommodations covered. • Engage homeowners in direct sales conversations to close high-ticket solar deals. • Utilize your sales expertise to maximize conversions and increase earnings. • Mentor and support newer sales reps while leading by example in performance. • Work with an energetic, driven team focused on hitting top sales goals. Who We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, solar sales, or similar high-ticket sales. • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment. • Strong closing skills and the ability to drive revenue through direct sales. • Willingness to travel and commit to a 10-day blitz schedule every month. • Natural leaders who can help mentor and uplift the team. Responsibilities: • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Qualifications: • A consistent top performer in sales • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience Compensation: $120,000 - $320,000 at plan earnings
