Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction/residential painting and possess knowledge of color theory to deliver high-quality finishes. Duties: - Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets - Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures - Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply paint - Perform touch-ups and ensure quality control of completed work - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: - Proficiency in basic math for measuring and calculating materials - Knowledge of color theory for accurate color mixing - Experience with power tools commonly used in painting projects - Familiarity with construction painting techniques - Ability to estimate materials needed for painting projects - Skills in plastering, stucco application, and restoration work are a plus - Understanding of frame carpentry for preparation work If you are a detail-oriented Painter with a passion for delivering exceptional results and possess the mentioned qualifications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
