About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.

Diagnose and repair pool equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on best practices for pool care.

Maintain accurate service records and inventory management for supplies.

Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.

Stay updated on industry trends and safety regulations to ensure compliance.

Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool maintenance

Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Pool Equipment Repair.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
