Responsibilities: • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence • Create content for internet marketing - We will train you Qualifications: • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
