Responsibilities include representing clients in contested probate and trust cases, managing disputes concerning wills, trusts, estates, and fiduciary duties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of estate planning, probate law, and the legal procedures involved in contesting wills, disputing trusts, and settling related conflicts. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts. • Analyze, prepare, and present cases in probate court, including trial preparation and client advocacy. • Conduct legal research on probate, trust, and estate law, staying current on legal developments. • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests. • Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving estate-related disputes. • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs.
