In this position, you will be required to perform pruning and mulching, bed maintenance, lawn and mulch bed installation, and other detail-driven work. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a crew, and proficiency in the use of the equipment required to perform your job duties. You must have prior knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental weed species, and the correct method needed to be used in order to prune these items properly.

Experience in the following is required:

Pruning of ornamental grasses/plants

Mulching both by hand and with machines

Weed control in mulch beds

Lawn/sod installation

Proper use of tools required to complete tasks

Pruning shears, loppers, hedge trimmers, saws, etc.

Ability to lead and direct a crew

Knowledge of professional standards for pruning and bed maintenance on both commercial accounts as well as residential properties.

Candidate must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Pay rates are based on proven experience and abilities.
