The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities: • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Fluent in Canva • Knowledge of CRM Boomtown a plus Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Develop new concepts based on input • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Marketing work experience preferred • Must have attention to detail • In Office Work as needed • Real Estate background preferred • Real Estate License • We need a creative person to design marketing material for Real Estate Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly DOE
