This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Successful Applicants possess: • New York State real estate license • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed Compensation: $132,000+ at plan earnings
