Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Tech savvy • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission
