    Job Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional which has a strong network of potential clients to help us gain more market share by building relationships, maximizing CRM, social media, marketing and other tools to grow sales. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales and a solid understanding of commercial cleaning services. You will be responsible for setting up and attending walkthroughs with potential clients, assessing their cleaning needs, and presenting customized solutions.

    Responsibilities

    In this position, you will play a key role in our mission to provide an unique process driven and Industry leading commercial cleaning solutions designed to meet the dynamic needs the customer base that exists in our industry.

    Ability to manage personnel and drive sales through cross function teams

    Proactively generate leads and set appointments for walkthroughs with potential clients.

    Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess clients' commercial cleaning needs.

    Secure agreements and ensure a smooth handover to operations for seamless service delivery.

    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs.

    Complete job estimates to generate pricing

    Stay updated on new technology, industry trends and competitor services to offer informed solutions

    Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial cleaning industry through various avenues, including phone calls, emails, and social media to be proactive in generating leads and setting appointments for walkthroughs with prospective clients

    Present and promote the portfolio of cleaning services which our company provides, tailoring solutions to meet clients' specific needs

    Develop tailored cleaning proposals based on walkthrough assessments and prospective client feedback.

    Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing continuous follow-up to qualify potential opportunities and ensure a steady flow of leads

    Communicate the value of our services, address objections, and build strong relationships that contribute to future sales for both current and prospective clients

    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that we’re maximizing our reach and operating in sync with our Operational capability and accelerate the sales cycles of both current and prospective Clients

    Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and gain in-depth knowledge of our cleaning services

    Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, monitor sales progress, and maintain accurate records

    Physical Demands and Qualifications:

    We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma, technical degree, or higher, who are proactive and experienced in sales

    Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, sales software and Microsoft Office, webcams, and video software is required

    Must be prepared to use the camera during working hours

    Will need to visit client offices, so the ability to travel to different locations is necessary

    Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
