Job Description:
We are looking for someone who oversees hiring, staffing, and all aspects of scheduling for all our accounts.
Establishes, maintains, and reviews schedules
Matches available staff to open posts
Contacts and redeploys staff to fill call-offs
Handles all schedule changes and client requests for guard changes
Responds to emails, texts, and cell phone calls from security officers and responds appropriately in a timely fashion
Identifies staffing needs of various posts and communicates this information to recruiter regularly
Conducts interviews for hiring attempting to match a variety of personalities and skill levels to various site requirements
Coordinates with Operations in regards to staffing needs, hiring strategies, and site procedures
Experience:
Scheduling experence is must
Minimum of five (5) years verifiable and successful security field coordinator experience. You must be experienced handling scheduling for multiple accounts
Competent using PC computer and MS Office Suite of software, knowledge of the programs Excel, and Tracktik.
Associate degree or higher in any discipline preferred
Must have reliable references
SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM
PAY RATE IS $20
