    Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and friendly server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

    Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items, specials, and ingredients

    Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all details are correct

    Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

    Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are served at the appropriate temperature

    Monitor tables throughout the meal, refilling drinks, addressing any requests or concerns, and ensuring a smooth dining experience

    Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

    Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations

    Assist with side work tasks such as restocking supplies, polishing silverware, and setting up for the next shift

    Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area

    Communicate effectively with the management team and other restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations

    Qualifications:

    At least 1-2 years of experience as a server

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Familiarity with Toast point-of-sale (POS) system and cash handling procedures

    Knowledge of food and bar beverage service, including proper table setting, food presentation, and wine pairing

    Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other restaurant staff

    Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays

    Willing and able to be on their feet for 6+ hours.

    RBS alcohol & Food handlers certified
