The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong billing and office administration skills and will have the opportunity to work closely with the owner, contributing to the firm's growth and success. Qualifications: • Possess high degrees of accountability and responsibility to ensure that billing and collections are managed according to firm policy. • Proficiency in following instructions accurately is a key skill needed for this position. • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality • Knowledge and proficiency in Legal Research Software are important qualifications for this job. • Manage billing process and send client invoices bi-monthly. • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Accept and process incoming payments. • Keep insurance and other subscriptions current. • Proficient in Excel and Quick Booksl. • Experience with Clio CMS preferred. Compensation: $22 - $29 an hour based on experience
