Job Description:

Korpi Lawn & Landscape is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Snow Plow Driver to join our team for the this winter season. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proven safety record, and the ability to work independently in challenging weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate various types of snow removal equipment, including plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers.

Clear snow from residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.

Respond to emergency calls as needed, including during overnight or weekend hours.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating snow removal equipment.

Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
