About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled independent contractor with extensive experience in texturized painting and special finishes. This role involves applying high-quality flake finishes to walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as expertise in painting cabinets and other specialized finishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by filling cracks and holes and smoothing out imperfections

Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints

Apply flake finishes and other textured painting techniques with precision.

Handle various specialized painting tasks, including cabinet painting.

Ensure top-notch quality and attention to detail in every project.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in texturized painting and special finishes.

Proven ability to produce high-quality flake finishes.

Must provide a portfolio with images of previous work.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
