Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire contract-to-close process efficiently • Facilitate smooth communication among clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders • Monitor and manage deadlines, systematize paperwork, and ensure adherence to regulations • Quickly troubleshoot issues and propel transactions forward • Maintain a composed and proficient presence throughout each deal Qualifications: • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry • Required to hold a valid NC Real Estate License as a Full Broker • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to tasks • Location requirement: Must be based in Raleigh, NC for in-office position Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
