Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all stages of commercial litigation cases, starting from initial consultation through trial and appeal. • Formulate and execute strategic litigation strategies to achieve positive outcomes for clients. • Perform comprehensive legal research and create persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations effectively. • Work closely with clients to offer precise legal counsel and keep them informed about case developments. • Provide guidance and support to junior attorneys while contributing to the firm's knowledge base. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this Experienced Trial Attorney position in Dallas, TX, US should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • The candidate must have an active membership in the Texas State Bar to qualify for this role. • A minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation is required for this position. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex cases with minimal supervision is a key qualification. • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential for this role. • The candidate should possess a strong courtroom presence and effective oral advocacy skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment is a necessary qualification for this role.
