The Expo position plays a key role in delivering the Timber experience. The Expo is responsible for ensuring all food orders are delivered to the guest promptly, accurately, and with strict adherence to Timber spec and quality standards. This is accomplished through strong organizational skill, high attention to detail, and the ability to hold oneself and others accountable for meeting quality standards and expectations.

The Requirements

The Details

• Arrives for shift on time and in proper work attire.
• Completes Opening Procedures to ensure work area is properly stocked, organized, and clean for service.
• Expedites orders. Determines which items to push and hold and communicates to Kitchen.
• Communicates with Kitchen to ensure orders are completed and sent out promptly.
• Evaluates cooked pizzas to ensure adherence to Timber quality standards. Communicates with Kitchen when a food item needs to be re-fired.
• Garnishes cooked pizzas, and cuts pizzas according to Timber spec.
• Communicates to Runner where food is to be delivered, and when a ticket is closed.
• Actively communicates with team members throughout the shift to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Actively assists team members when required.
• Adheres to Timber expo organization, food safety & sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Completes Closing Procedures to ensure work area is properly shut down at end of service.
• May complete deep cleaning tasks, per schedule.
• May complete other duties as assigned.
