Well established manufacturer in West Knoxville is seeking a customer service representative to provide customer support. Provides telephone and online support to customers, responsible for order placement and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have:

• Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Working knowledge of SAP for order entry functions.
