Our client a Torrance based advertising company is seeking a well-spoken sales professional with a hunter mentality to identify and call on local business owners and decision makers. The ideal candidate will utilize a consultative selling approach making recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and brand strategies.

Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, direct mail, email, and networking. Develop and implement an agreed upon sales and marketing plan with management to achieve both personal and business sales goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position with a target salary of $40-45k DOE plus commission and benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K.

Essential Duties:

· Prepare presentations, estimates, sales proposals, and contracts

· Identify sales prospects and uncover pain points

· Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

· Prepare status reports including activity, closings, and follow-up

· Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues

· Follow up on leads and referrals from telephone, marketing, and field activity

· Attend and adhere to weekly sales meeting goals and objectives

Requirements:

· Outside sales experience required

· Reliable transportation

· CRM experience a plus

· Participate in networking, marketing events, seminars, and trade shows

· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
