Express Employment Professionals has positions for OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER located in Dayton, TN.

THE SCHEDULE IS MONDAY – FRIDAY WITH OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS

7 AM – 5 PM

THE ANNUAL SALARY IS 70K.

BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT.

THESE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Comply with agency standards and policies.

· Act as an emergency coordinator to ensure employees understand and know safety goals and protocols.

· Lead and support projects related to new products improvement, quality, safety, and cost.

· Collaborate with peers to strategize ideas and ways to improvement.

· Complete daily and weekly department productivity goals to meet sales targets.

· Establish objectives for the team.

· Drive awareness and enforce policies and procedures.
