Express Wash on Irlo is hiring Customer Service Attendants to join our growing team! Express Wash on Irlo is joining the community in April 2023. Our state-of-the-art car wash provides exceptional automated car wash services with industry leading amenities in a friendly and family-oriented environment. Our Customer Service Attendant role is an outstanding opportunity to grow career building skills while representing a hospitality focused company dedicated to serving its customers and the surrounding community. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide a friendly, warm, and inviting environment by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all members and guests who visit the facility * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns when brought to attention by members, guests, or management * Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a respectful, helpful, and attentive manner * Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Promote annual passes and upgraded membership packages to existing members * Follow established guidelines and procedures when performing any services including but not limited to inspecting vehicles for potential damage or hazardous items, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in cleaning the facility Qualifications: * Reliable and punctual * Effectively communicates and follows directions * Energetic and friendly personality with the desire to work in a team-oriented environment * Positive attitude and professional demeanor * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Comfort working outdoors, standing for extended periods of time, and moving frequently throughout the shift * Flexible working hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
