A UHE Install Expert provides frontline quality assurance and supervision of dozens of residential renovation projects on a weekly basis with the backing of a collaborative and supportive administrative team
About You:
- Driven / Operates With Urgency
- Ability and Interest To Work As A Supervisor Across Multiple Projects
- Past Success In Exterior Carpentry Skills (siding, windows, trim work etc)
What Success In This Role Looks Like
- After intensive classroom and field training, be tested and ready to supervise professional installations on customer's homes
- Ramp up job volume starting with two teams and two assignments at a time
- Within Six Months, have 5 to 10 job sites active each day, project lengths extending from 1 to 14 days
- Maintain a minimal rate of call backs / install revisits
- Work closely with an assigned Project Coordinator to ensure customer concerns and interests are met
- Support teams in executing $4M to $6M in Residential Home Improvement Projects over the course of your first year
Specific Skills, Traits, Competencies
- 5 – 10 years experience installing siding / windows / exterior carpentry
- Experience assessing and identifying issues and potential issues on a job site
- Experience coaching or guiding others through fixing errors
- Motivated by the opportunity to engage in active problem solving
- Ability to flourish independently with a desire to feel part of a team
- Enjoy spending your days behind the wheel with a clean driving record
- Communication skills in person & on the phone

Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed to scope, on time, and on budget
- Maintain daily records and schedules, effectively operating as the bridge between field and office
- Visit job sites on a regular schedule and assess installer progress for quality and accuracy
- Coach installation teams on correcting found errors
- Execute in the moment problem solving
- Adhere to local regulations including maintenance of building permit per job & safety expectations
- Guide customers through required decisions involving scope adjustments mid-project
