    GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to promote and sell the SentinAL Rod Pump Drive technology, a cutting-edge solution for optimizing rod lift systems in oil and gas production. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with deep experience selling to operators in Texas's major oil basins, including the Permian, Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, and more. As an external representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with key customers in the oil and gas industry. The role is suited for someone with multiple revenue streams, as the volume of sales will grow gradually during our company's early stage.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Actively prospect and develop new customer relationships within the oil and gas sector, focusing on operators utilizing rod lift systems.

    Sell the SentinAL Rod Pump Drive, our innovative production optimization technology, to Texas oil and gas operators.

    Facilitate meetings between the Orbital Traction team and customers to present our solution, provide technical product knowledge, and address customer needs.

    Perform on-site field visits as necessary to evaluate the feasibility of product installations with customers' production setups.

    Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, while providing accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.

    Required Skills:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in oilfield sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in artificial lift or other production-focused technologies.

    Established network and proven track record of selling to oil and gas operators in key Texas basins, such as the Permian, Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, and more.

    High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to close sales and foster relationships with new customers.

    Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and field visits as needed.

    Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to operate independently.

    Familiarity with artificial lift technologies and production optimization is a strong advantage.

    Earnings will be based on sales. Compensation is structured around closed deals, with no cap on commissions.
