    Job Description

    Externship Overview: As a culinary intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented chefs in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of culinary arts, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
    • Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
    • Learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Help with inventory management and stock rotation

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recent graduate
    • Passion for food and a desire to learn
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced chefs
