Responsibilities: - Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Setup and operate plastic extrusion machines to produce precision parts
• Perform routine maintenance on plastic extrusion machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Continuously improve plastic extrusion processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Experience with programming and operating CNC plastic extrusion machines
• Ability to work with a variety of materials including plastic and rubber
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with color matching and material handling
• Experience with secondary operations such as assembly and packaging

Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator
• Experience with setup, operation, and maintenance of plastic extrusion machines
• Strong understanding of plastic extrusion processes and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
