JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $28-$35 per hour
Rotational Day Shift: 6am-6pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Improve the maintenance work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. Prepares reports for management. Tracks and monitors cost and identifies variance to budgeted plans. Work with Cornerstone’s Core Values in mind: Safety, Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and sit; use fingers and hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel; talk and hear; bending at waist
• The employee is frequently required to stand on hard surfaces for long periods, as well as occasionally be required to climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
• Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 90 pounds and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment and assistance
• Subject to fluctuating temperatures within in the work facility, as impacted by the weather
