    Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Dispositions Assistant EzyRes is a dynamic and innovative real estate organization specializing in property acquisition and disposition. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispositions Virtual Assistant to support our team with GoHighLevel workflows, text inquiries, InvestorLyft inquiries, and overall support to the disposition specialists. Responsibilities: 1. GoHighLevel Workflows: • Manage and optimize workflows in GoHighLevel to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor and update CRM data to maintain accuracy and relevance. • Assist in creating and implementing new workflows to improve efficiency. • Send out all new workflows within 10 minutes once the deal text is ready. 2. InvestorLyft Inquiries: • Handle inquiries from investors regarding property listings and other relevant information. • Provide detailed and accurate information to investors in a timely manner. • Coordinate with disposition specialists to ensure investor needs are met. • Respond to all Investor Lyft inquiries within 10 minutes. • Ensure the inbox is clear at the end of each day. 3. Support to Disposition Specialists: • Provide administrative support to disposition specialists in their daily tasks. • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings. • Help prepare and distribute marketing materials and property listings. 4. Data Management and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and activities in GoHighLevel. • Provide regular reports on inquiry volumes, response times, and workflow efficiency. • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the CRM. • Maintain 100% accuracy in all workflows and CRM entries. • Update buyer feedback on Trello within 30 minutes once conversations are started. Qualifications: • Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Real estate experience and knowledge are a must. • Prior experience in SMS workflow roles and confidence in communicating with potential buyers. • Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet. • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys constantly learning and taking on new tasks. Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor. • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS. • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam. Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly
