THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced restaurant person with NCR/Aloha POS experience and basic IT knowledge. You will be responsible for providing onsite training and support for our clients. You must be a prompt self-starter, have good communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product lines
- Setup, configure, and test hardware and software components
- Install software and hardware at client sites,
- Provide training to clients regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
- Other job related duties as assigned
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year Hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows software required
- Knowledge of Aloha POS software required
- Great problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clients
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Fulfillment of all NCR Certification requirements of Associate Tech Certification and Support Certification within six months
- Fulfillment of Annual NCR Maintenance Certifications
- Must adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by F&B Management
- F&B Management requires background checks and drug screen testing for all new hires
- Valid Driver License / Valid Auto Insurance
- Reliable vehicle preferred (to be used for onsite support as needed)
