A family in Jersey City is looking for a receptive and loving Nanny to care for their 3-month-old son. They are flexible with the schedule and looking for 2 days a week, between Tuesday and Thursday, with the option to add a third day as needed. While the ideal schedule is from 12:00/1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, they are also flexible with the start and end times and could even be flexible on-demand without a set schedule if that's the Nanny's preference.
Duties:
General infant care including bottle feedings, diaper changes, aiding in developmental milestones, keeping the child on a daily schedule, and taking initiative to seek out developmentally-appropriate activities. The Nanny will also assist with basic tidying up after the child. A Nanny willing to help with light meal prep once the baby starts solids and other household chores is a plus, but not mandatory.

The ideal Nanny for this home is responsible, gentle, and caring. They should be patient, reliable, and always present when with the child. This family is looking for a proactive nanny who is receptive to the parents’ wishes and communicates/ provides updates on how the day went.

Mom is an extroverted-introvert and Dad is more outgoing, but both parents are looking to welcome a Nanny as if they are an extended family member to care for their son.
