F45 Training Brattle St. Membership Manager
F45 Training is coming to Cambridge, and we are looking for a superstar sales professional for our newest studio, F45 Training Brattle St. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow our studio's membership feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover who has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven salesperson. F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in fast, fun, and results-driven, innovative, high-intensity group workouts.
Hillcrest Health, LLC was formed in January 2019 with the aim of becoming the leading F45 Training franchisee in North America. Hillcrest Health's first F45 Training studios are in Northern Virginia, Colorado, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina. The company will expand into Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Missouri, South Carolina, Ohio, Delaware, New York, and D.C. over the coming six years. Hillcrest Health, LLC has the vision of owning and operating a minimum of 90 individual F45 Training studios by 2027.
The company's mission is to help more people achieve their health and fitness goals by delivering the world's best group workout experience through our network of F45 Training studios.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.
Establish and maintain an effective membership referral program.
Build strong relationships with members, and respond immediately to their requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/client care calls.
Follow up and follow through on all activities with prospective clients.
Proper onboarding and induction of all F45 clients.
Work closely with F45 coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions.
Attend and participate in all relevant F45 training programs.
Work with the Studio Owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting sales goals.

Technological Know-How:
At a minimum, basic use of M.S. Office programs (word, excel) and web-based CRM platforms.
Social media platform management – prior experience and passion for social media engagement and content generation are highly preferred.
Prior use of Mindbody is preferred.
Education and/or Experience Required:
2+ years of professional experience.
2 + years of fitness sales experience with experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure is preferred.
Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification is preferred.
CPR/AED Certified is preferred.
Hours Per Week: Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week
This position starts in March 2022.
Salary: Negotiable range $50,000 to $60,000 + incentives, and bonuses.
