Job Description:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention.
The Sales Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities & Duties: The Studio Assistant is a part time position reporting to the Studio Manager. As the first line of the Sales function, the Studio Assistant must execute the lead generation/marketing strategies plan put in place by the Studio Manager, as well as promoting the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy life style and building the community of the studio. The Studio Assistant will be a key Ambassador of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
The job requires 25 hours in studio a week.
Follow the front desk systems and studio practices/processes, including member check-in, telephones inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures and customer care calls.
Welcome all members and trialers at the front door and conduct studio tours for all new trailers, explaining the F45 technology and studio layout.
Motivate and interact with members before and after training.
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, appearance and organization of the studio, bathrooms and inventory (vacuuming, organizing of equipment before and after classes).
Maintenance of equipment as required and on a rotation prescribed by the Studio Manager.
Ensure that video and stills pictures of the highest quality are taken during classes and that they are uploaded by the end of each class to the cloud for use in the studio’s social media accounts (tiktok, Instagram and google).
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism.
Maintain a clean presentable personable hygiene and be in uniform at all time when in the studio.
Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry in Mindbody, answering phones, taking messages, actioning and responding to studio emails, running necessary Mindbody reports, maintaining and updating filing and operating office machines including the Inbody machine.
Planning and preparing for office events, such as team meeting and promotional activities.
Sales
Execute the sales process and create and exceed sales goals.
Follow up on leads in a timely manger.
Manage Loyalsnap and response to trailers inquiries.
Answer the phones, make sales calls and respond to text and email messages.
Ensure a consistent sales process is maintained at all times.
Assist the Studio Manager in establishing, expanding and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnership with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations.
Increase studio conversion rate and achieve client retention goals.
Drive membership referral program, trailer referral programs and sales memberships for the studio through interacting with members.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
