Role Description

We're seeking a high-performing Fitness Coach to co-lead our high-intensity training classes. In this role, you will provide expert exercise instruction, guidance on nutrition and wellness best practices and most importantly, foster a welcoming environment and community for all of our members to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

Co-lead and our members through high-intensity training classes

Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members

Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries and where appropriate, progress and regress exercise movements to match member capabilities

Promote and sell F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention

Set up and break down of class equipment and maintain a clean and orderly studio environment

Qualifications:

Current Personal Trainer and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking

Must have group training experience in a boutique gym setting (or show us you can be great at it)

Experience working or training at an F45 studio is highly preferred but not required

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is a plus
