Job Description
Job Summary : The Bell Person’s core activity is to assist and service the guest. Generally speaking, the Bell Person does this by transporting and storing luggage. While doing this, the Bell Person must exhibit 5-star service and etiquette. The Bell people are also responsible for delivering packages and transporting other items in the hotel. At all times the bell people should be focused on the guests and creating an experience for the people visiting the hotel.

Typical Working Conditions:
Spends large amount of time on feet and constant walking. Spends about 25% of shift in driveway and during the summer season will be exposed to Hot weather. Required to lift luggage frequently and also push and pull a heavy bell cart.
Essential Physical Tasks:
Standing for long periods, constantly lifting bags ranging in weight from heavy to light, pushing and pulling heavy luggage carts, weighing luggage for guests, organizing and cleaning bell closets, cleaning bell carts, assisting guests with questions in the public areas, escorting guests when asked for directions.

Pay: $19.91 per hour
Schedule: Variable, including evenings and weekends
