    We are seeking friendly and detailed individuals to join our CLIENT SERVICES CALL CENTER team located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA!

    OFFERING THIS FULL-TIME POSITION AT $18/HR IN ADDITION TO OTHER GREAT BENEFITS AND A $2500 FOURTH QUARTER INCENTIVE BONUS!

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Promptly answer multiple phone lines in a courteous manner, adhering to Fashionphile's service standards and expectations
    • Assist and resolve client/supplier inquiries/issues via phone, email and chat as needed
    • Verify and update client and supplier account profiles
    • Gain proficiency in Fashionphile Admin system as a resource for information to clients and suppliers
    • Gain proficiency in Fashionphile Admin system to facilitate sales, canceled orders, and other transactions
    • Participate in ongoing cross-training in other departments to further enhance knowledge of Fashionphile's internal processes

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Prior experience (at least 1 year) working in a call center environment required
    • Prior experience (at least 1 year) using email and chat systems 
    • Working knowledge of Customer Service and valuing the client experience
    • Knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories preferred but not required
    • Strong proficiency working with online website
    • Prior experience working with Ring Central or Salesforce strongly preferred
    • Experience with client base (retail/shopping)
    • Time Management and ability to meet deadlines
    • Extremely organized and ability to multi task
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
    • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team as needed
