We are looking for someone with fluent Adobe Illustrator experience. You enjoy the hustle at work. You don't mind being on your feet and being physical (large format printing) or sitting down for long periods (pre-press). You like to find efficiencies, are super detailed in your personality, and love to learn and do things right. Pre-press means are responsible to make sure the file is "perfectly crafted" so there are no re-prints and the client gets what they envisioned. You have a design team and a production team to support you, but you are an incredibly important part of this process. PRINT means you are operating beautiful but expensive machinery from roll to roll solvents, flatbed cutters, grand format latex, and a LED UV flatbed - you need to be careful, responsible while genuinely caring about every job - it's quality, accuracy, and timeliness - for our team to trust you with these tools. You bring the effort!

Previous experience would be great, but not required. A resume is. A cover letter with picture, portfolio, and references will get you far.
