    We are seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager with a strong background in construction to oversee the installation of security doors and windows equipped with advanced technology. The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate the installation of security doors and windows on client sites

    Ensure that all installations meet the required security standards and specifications

    Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

    Manage and motivate the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects

    Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that installations are of the highest standard

    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process

    Maintain accurate records of project timelines, materials, and costs

    Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to ensure smooth project execution

    Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and installation best practices

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the security or technology sector

    Strong understanding of security door and window systems and their installation processes

    Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

    Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Proficient in using project management software and tools

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites

    Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations

    Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
