POSITION: Field Underwriter with Family First Life Horizon

ANTICIPATED 1ST YEAR ANNUAL INCOME: $75,000 to $300,000

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Family First Life Horizon is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join their fast-growing successful team! For candidates that are not licensed, we will pay for your Pre-Licensing Course required by State Law. Family First Life works with several of the Nation’s TOP Insurance Companies such as Americo, AIG, Mutual of Omaha, to name a few. With many carriers to choose from, every Field Underwriter can search for the best life insurance plan to meet their clients’ needs and make a guaranteed sale. Our life insurance plans include final expenses, term-life, mortgage protection insurance, and annuities.

Family First Life also offers Three (3) Different Types of Income: Direct Sales Commission, Agency Overrides, and Renewal Commissions. Starting Commission rate is 90% of the insurance premium amount with the ability for rate increase after 60 days! Our Field Underwriters get paid directly from the insurance companies within 24-48 hours after the policy has issued (within the first day to first week after the sale).

Our Field Underwriters are provided with plenty of lead sources throughout Tennessee, including instant leads. All lead sources are grouped by County and State which would allow our Field Underwriters to book several appointments in one geographic region. Additionally, as a Field Underwriter, you make house calls so you would be required to travel by vehicle to meet clients at their homes.

Family First Life believes in the success of each on its Field Underwriters. That’s why we offer free trainings, both on-site at our Knoxville location (as well as other FFL Offices around the nation) and online. At Family First Life Horizon, we are focused on helping our Field Underwriters gain the tools and sales knowledge needed to achieve a six-figure salary their first year!

All Field Underwriters MUST pass a Background Test.
