Job Description

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs for Retail Sales, including consumer sweepstakes, cross promotions, and coupon programs to support secondary display activity
• Plan and implement volume-driving On Premise Sales programs
• Develop account-specific point-of-sale materials, working closely with brand marketing, sales, design team, and vendors
• Manage annual trade marketing budget
• Evaluate promotional efficacy using IRI, Margin Minder, and qualitative sales data
• Create and manage coupon programs, including tracking of coupon redemption
• Administer SharePoint site, ensuring marketing materials are distributed to sales team, and deploy weekly sales updates via email
• Oversee POS fulfillment vendor site

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing and/or promotions experience
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPG or retail experience is a plus
• Experience working with a creative agency is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Occasional travel to sales meetings and account calls
• Exceptional project management / prioritization skills
• Solid quantitative and analytical skills, understanding of basic finance concepts
• Experience leading projects and cross functional teams
• Positive attitude
• A self-starter who takes initiative without being asked and has a strong sense of urgency
• Results-oriented
• Ability to work cross-functionally without significant supervision and within timelines
• Flexible and adaptable to change with little notice
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
