Job Description

• Responsible to consolidate the information for S&OP monthly cycle meetings 
• Coordinate S&OP weekly meetings and distribute key takeaways to stakeholders
• Maintain S&OP KPI’s, including forecast variance and forecast bias
• Analyze data to share accurate and actionable insights to FIJI leadership including analyzing data to balance supply and demand
• Standardize the process for reporting information in the S&OP ensuring that the correct information is being distributed to key contacts
• Work closely with supply planning and sales to identify potential forecasting & inventory problems that could be resolved with early identification and proper handling, such as inventory deficiencies or aging issues
• Generate scenarios as they relate to S&OP decisions 
• Communicate new product introductions and track transitions as needed based on production and transit times
• Participate in cross functional projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or S&OP process  
• Advanced knowledge of PC applications, principally Excel and other MS Office products
• High attention to detail is a must
• BS/BA preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management
• Ability to complete tasks independently, timely, and efficiently 
• Proven executive presentation skills with the ability to use data for storytelling
• APICS/ASCM or IBF certifications a plus
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $80,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
