Back Office Operations –Hybrid

Our client, a Financial Services firm is seeking an experienced back office/middle office operations individual who is has experience with trade processing and has of knowledge of sto cks, bonds and options, etc. __ Basic reconciliation skills. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A BROKER-DEALER.

The ideal candidate should have:

2-4 years back office experience in a broker dealer.

Experience Balancing automated Break Sheets experience

Excel spreadsheets

Security Master set up

Familiar with:

settlements and comparisons of equities, munis and corporates

options

Trade corrections, including Customer and Street

DTC and NSCC helpful

FIS/Phase3

College grad

Series 99 a plus
