    Dover Jewelry and Diamonds (Downtown Miami) is currently seeking an applicant with a dynamic phone personality comfortable in working directly with our Clients in the promotion of our Fine Jewelry Online PHONE Sales and Marketing. This candidate must have excellent writing skills in English, be extremely responsible, responsive, deadline, and project-oriented.

    Our focus is on developing, sourcing, and marketing our e-commerce Fine Jewelry and Sales via phone, social media, and other digital platforms.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Must be confident and at ease driving new sales through our repeat clientele by converting marketing-generated opportunities as well as personalized strategic outreach

    Fine Jewelry Online and “Phone” Sales and working directly with our Clients. Fulfilling On-Line E Commerce transactions and working with Clients by Appointment on Jewelry purchases.

    OTHER IDEAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    Self-directed and goal-oriented attitude.

    Involved with collaborative efforts to increase e-commerce sales as well as website design and updates.

    Work with our marketing team in creating engaging marketing content across various platforms (blogs, email blasts, promo banners, convention materials, social media imagery and content), and creating social media campaigns to promote our presence online.

    Experience with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest Advertising is a plus.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma with a minimum of two years work experience in sales, eCommerce, or tech. Luxury experience is a plus. Fine Jewelry Sales, Education, and online Jewelry / Luxury Item Sales a Must.

    Proven track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets.

    Ability to master multiple technical devices and systems.

    Strong strategic selling skills, efficient time management skills, and the ability to multitask

    Able to think quickly on their feet and comfortable working with a discerning clientele.

    Exercising great teamwork and enthusiasm

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH

    Competent in computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook): 2 years (Preferred)

    PhotoShop or Adobe Illustrator a Plus

    Design experience of both print and digital online media

    Social media platforms management and posting such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+

    Knowledge of Microsoft office

    Willingness to perform a variety of tasks in addition to job duties as needed

    Ability to be flexible, adaptable and take creative suggestions, input, and feedback from management

    Ability to work with a variety of demographics in a collaborative manner HOURS: Monday to Friday (10:30a - 5:30p)
