DUTIES IN YOUR NEW CAREER INCLUDE:

·       Customer Service

·       Receptionist Duties

·       Answering Multi-Line Phones

·       Data Entry

·       Cashier

·       Work in close proximity with customers – PPE provided

·       Fingerprint Technician - will train 

·       Notary Public Certification - will train

·       Filing

·       Ability and willingness to upsell services

REQUIRED:

·       At least two (2) years of experience in a similar office, customer service, and cashier roles.

·       At least 21 years of age.

·       Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

·       The successful candidate should be pursuing ongoing skill development.

·       Advanced cashier skills and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and utilizing the Internet.

·       Must be resourceful and reliable.

·       Solid understanding of data analysis and automation principles.

·       Proven ability to properly handle sensitive information confidentially.

·       Ability to write and implement effective reports and memos.

·       Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.

·       Must be able to take initiative, and work with a team and independently.

·       Proven experience working in a methodical, and detailed oriented environment.

 PREFERRED:

·       Self-directed and outgoing, highly skilled in problem-solving and capable of handling high exposure projects, and receptive to coaching and feedback.

·       Advanced technical skills.

·       Bilingual - Spanish & English

We are a well-established, and essential small business with multiple locations throughout Nevada and growing.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
