Now, we’re looking for an energetic, resourceful, and proactive Fire Chaser to join our business development team.

    Position Overview

    As a Fire Chaser, your mission is to be the first point of contact after a fire event. You’ll monitor local incidents, connect with property owners, first responders, and insurance representatives, and help secure new restoration projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by results.

    Key Responsibilities

    Monitor fire and emergency reports in real-time to identify new opportunities.

    Visit fire-damaged properties to engage with homeowners, business owners, or property managers.

    Educate potential clients on restoration services and support them through the next steps.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, first responders, and insurance adjusters.

    Secure contracts for fire and smoke damage restoration services.

    Represent the company professionally and compassionately in times of crisis.

    Accurately document leads, contacts, and job status in CRM systems.

    Qualifications

    Experience in sales, restoration, or emergency services preferred.

    Comfortable approaching property owners and making cold introductions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong knowledge of fire restoration services is a plus (training provided).

    Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and drive to exceed goals.

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

    Ability to work evenings or weekends when fire events occur (as needed).

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Pay: $36,000 – $50,000/year (DOE)

    Commission: Competitive percentage of closed contracts – no cap on earnings

    Performance Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives available

    Tools Provided: Company apparel, business cards, marketing materials
