A leading NYC architectural and engineering firm seeks a Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee façade restoration and compliance projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years (Junior) or 3-5 years (Mid-Level) of experience who are passionate about shaping NYC’s building landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 4-6 façade and restoration projects, including Local Law 11 compliance.
• Conduct on-site inspections and scaffold evaluations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and provide support to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years (Junior) or 3-5 years (Mid-Level) of experience in project management within architecture/engineering.
• Hands-on FISP experience preferred; PE or QPSI certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with NYC façade laws and regulations.
• OSHA 10/30 certification and scaffolding certifications (e.g., Supported Scaffold User) required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Junior-Level: Up to $75k; Mid-Level: Up to $100k.
