A leading NYC architectural and engineering firm seeks a Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee façade restoration and compliance projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years (Junior) or 3-5 years (Mid-Level) of experience who are passionate about shaping NYC’s building landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 4-6 façade and restoration projects, including Local Law 11 compliance.
- Conduct on-site inspections and scaffold evaluations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and provide support to junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years (Junior) or 3-5 years (Mid-Level) of experience in project management within architecture/engineering.
- Hands-on FISP experience preferred; PE or QPSI certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with NYC façade laws and regulations.
- OSHA 10/30 certification and scaffolding certifications (e.g., Supported Scaffold User) required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Junior-Level: Up to $75k; Mid-Level: Up to $100k.
