STRETCHLAB GLENVIEW FRONT DESK SALES ASSOCIATE Hourly base rate $17-$18 Based on Experience + monthly membership sales commission Schedule: Mon 3-8pm, Wed 3-8pm, Thurs 2-6pm & Sat 9-2pm
This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the health & wellness industry by storm! StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion-filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness-minded and has a love for community and our brand to join one of our three StretchLab Glenview! This is a part-time position approx 20 hours.
StretchLab, the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching, ranked in top 10% Inc. magazine best franchises, with over 500 studios open nationwide, has expanded to the Chicago NW Suburbs. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, massage, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training, nationally recognized & accredited for continuing education, ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.
Position: This is a very sales focused position with the duties to promote the growth of the studio with new membership sales by following up with digital leads phone/text and booking them into Intro Sessions. Presenting the membership options at first visit opportunities. The role also assists with retaining current members with a top of the line member experience. Grassroots Marketing, email marketing & Social Media Marketing to grow StretchLab brand awareness, fun out of studio pop up events to drive clients to the studio. Fitness knowledge, membership sales, ditital marketing & customer service experience is required. Schedule flexibility very important and includes working Saturdays & some evenings! As our studios expand advancement opportunities will be available. Responsibilities:
Assist Studio Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, membership sales presentation & close.
Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions. Assess first time appointments.
Social Media Studio posting, Email marketing, creating content, Grassroots Marketing, out of studio pop up events.
Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
Maintain an acceptable level of membership sales production & sales goals
Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members
Book quality appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Key Holder, ensure the studio is open in the AM.

Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Required
Health & Fitness or Wellness Membership Sales experience Required
Social Media & Canva Savy
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have proficient computer skills
