    We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/Call Center Support Rep to join our growing team! You will perform technical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Plan and schedule meetings with end-users and clients
    • Answer inbound telephone calls in a call center setting and provide automotive dealerships across the country with support.
    • Issue outbound telephone calls
    • File and correctly escalate tickets and maintain a customer database
    • Promptly answer and field all phone calls in a professional and organized manner
    • Assist dealership employees with entry-level IT issues in GM, Nissan, Honda, Ford, and future programs
    • Assist IT group in systems testing and trouble-shooting as required
    • Perform other office/support tasks, as directed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in any of the following roles/fields:

      • Automotive Dealership Business Development Center
      • Tier-1 Remote Support
      • Remote support of dealerships across the USA with various programs & applications
    • Previous experience in any of the following software(s) / technologies:

      • Microsoft Office Suite
        • Microsoft Word
        • Microsoft Excel
        • Microsoft PowerPoint
        • Microsoft Outlook
      • Microsoft Windows 7,8,10
      • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
      • GoToMeeting
      • ZenDesk
      • FreshDesk
      • Spiceworks
      • The following Browsers:
        • Google Chrome
        • Firefox
        • Microsoft Internet Explorer
        • Microsoft Edge
        • Safari
        • Opera
      • Ability to prioritize and multitask
      • Excellent teamwork skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong organizational and resource management skill set
      • Automotive OEM field support or DMS/digital marketing Experience a plus

      Details:

      • Full-time position
      • Occasional swing-shift assignment (1PM-9PM)
      • Occasional rotating on-call assignment
