About the Position:
Looking for a NP or PA in Irrigon, OR
- Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for a medical clinic.
- Experience Requirement: Must have prior experience; new graduates will not be considered.
- Team: Work alongside another PA and an LCSW.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, including 2 hours of paid administrative time daily.
- Optional Call: NP candidates with appropriate training/experience may take call hours at a nearby hospital.
About the Compensation & Benefits:
- Excellent Salary depending on experience (DOE).
- On-Call Rate for ER Coverage (NP only): $115/hour.

- Medical: Coverage through with a $1,000 deductible.
- Dental: Options ($1,500 annual limit) .

CME and PTO Details:
- Providers receive paid holidays, CME days, and PTO (sick and vacation).
- CME must be pre-approved, and reimbursement requires receipts and expense reports.
- Required CME courses may include ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (if applicable).
- CME and PTO cannot be used during the notice period, and banks will not refresh during this time.
- Sick, vacation, and CME time do not carry over from year to year or contract to contract.
- Upon termination, 40% of PTO is considered "sick time" and is not eligible for payout.
