Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, your primary responsibility is to our customers, ensuring that every guest is taken care of like family.
To be successful, you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.
You will also assume a variety of responsibilities and duties such as recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, creating and executing restaurant marketing strategies, and assisting in catering sales, as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests and supporting service. JOB DUTIES:
Manage and oversee the FOH restaurant operations during your shifts
Deliver exceptional guest services
Ensure guest satisfaction
Assist in developing and executing the restaurant marketing strategy

Manage and lead staff
Develop and train hourly staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ideally, 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or extensive fine dining service/bartending experience
Extensive food, wine and beverage knowledge
Computer literacy including POS systems, accounting software, excel, and word documents
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Experience in event planning is a plus
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Good financial management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
