Job Summary
We typically hire 2-3 FOH managers for each of our restaurants. They all share the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations in the FOH. This includes leading lunch, dinner or brunch shifts with proper planning, scheduling, and communication. FOH managers are responsible for ensuring staff are fully prepared to provide The Perfect Guest Experience. We look for proactive, energetic, and positive managers who strive to be leaders in the hospitality industry. The person(s) in this role must uphold our core values, be goal-driven, and enthusiastic about hospitality.
Responsibilities
Hiring, training, scheduling, and continued education for FOH staff
Delegation of duties & tasks for each area of the FOH to ensure cleanliness & organization
Following proper opening and/or closing duties
Monthly Inventory
Attention to minor R&M
Guest reservations and the perfect guest experience
Supervise shifts as a leader
Respond efficiently and urgently to guest inquiries and complaints
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a restaurant manager
Thrives on being hospitable
Food Safety Certification
Understanding of inventory, COGS, and labor costs
